PREEYA Working Committee
The board of directors of PREEYA Pariwar believes that “It is important for any network company to keep its members informed of the details of its share of commissions”. To meet this end the Board of Directors has decided to form a working committee not exceeding 31 members. Amongst them maximum 20 members will be selected / elected by the gold and silver stars of the company and 11 members will be nominated by the board of directors. The tenure of the committee will be for a financial year after which a minimum 75% of elected members will be reshuffled.
The committee will have right to audit / oversee the entire process of monthly income distribution. Additionally it will have right to honour or relegate any member working for or against the company. The working committee will also be authorized to elect its president for this tenure.
In the event of any arbitrary or conflict the board of directors decision will be binding.

Prahlad Ram group of companies (PREEYA PARIWAR) is managed by Ex-naval engineers, who possess lot of experience. The group's activities are dedicated to late Shri Prahlad Ram, father of this group's chairman.
The first trademark of this group by the name of 'NITS Computer Education' was established by Mr. Tejpal Singh Nunia (ex-naval engineer) on 30th May 1996 at Chirawa, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The NITS Computer Education deals in software and hardware training through its branches and franchisees. NITS proved itself as a name of quality in computer education in Rajasthan, Haryana and its adjoining states. The company was awarded as one of the best company by Dainik Udyog Aas Pass in the year 1999 and 2001.
The second company of this group by the name PREEYA Home Study Private Limited was subsequently established on 30 Sept 2002. The word PREEYA is abbreviated from Prahlad Ram's Essential Education for Youth & All. The PREEYA Home Study deals in computer education through E-learning and regular computer education at its study centers with the concept “EARN WHILE YOU LEARN” utilising unique marketing method. E-Learning & Its Possibilities
It is said that every revolution has originated from the world of thoughts, emotions and words. The term E-LEARNING was ever first used post 1990 decade in the field of education and training by making optimum use of technology. E-Learning means something different in every situation and circumstance. One does need to be physically present in the class for E-Learning. PREEYA E-Learning (Registration)
PREEYA Pariwar charges Rs. 6800/- including service tax for computer education through E-Learning. Main motto is to provide quality education by making optimum use of every learning opportunity. However, certificate for E-Learning will be awarded to only those students who have successfully completed the course. The E-learning students can educate themselves through tutorial provided on our official website preeyanits.com by using unique password. The E-Learning students are also authorized for 20 hours classroom learning cum practical classes at the nearest NITS Computer Education Institute. However for 20 hours practical training nomination of other person is not allowed.
PREEYA Advanced E-Learning (Registration)
Keeping the increasing demand from youth and changing technology, in this view, PREEYA Pariwar has launched Advanced E-Learning with effect from 01 Feb. 2008. Fee charged for the course is Rs. 11800/- including service tax. In this course the individual learns HTML, Photoshop, Front Page, Dream viewer and flash. In case of any doubt one can log on nits_adpr@rediffmail.com and get the opinion of specialists. E-Learning student is authorised for 45 hours classroom learning cum practical classes at the nearest NITS Computer Education Institute. However for 45 hours practical training nomination of other person is not allowed.
Note: To obtain certificate of computer literacy and E-learning one will have to submit Rs. 150/- as certificate charge and Rs. 30/- as postage at the time of classroom learning cum practical classes. he/she shall be examined at the institute before awarding certificate.
PREEYA CLASS ROOM LEARNING
In India the villages are still deprived of the basic facilities of internet and computer systems. Therefore it is also essential to impart computer education using traditional mode of classroom teaching. The classroom learning is mot suitable for the member not in position of personal computer at home.
PREEYA pariwar under the banner of NITS Computer Education has also launched PREEYA Class Room learning courses ranging from one month to two years of duration in the field of software and hardware.
The fee designed for PREEYA Class room learning is Rs 14500/-. Under the Scheme the member can choose suitable timing to undergo PDCA one year duration course.
Note: The person registered for E-Learning, advanced E-learning or classroom learning will be given free membership of “Earn while you learn“ scheme of the company to develop the business of company and receive certain commissions with the growth of company and also based on individual contribution to the growth of company. A member is free to avail computer education at any time and at any authorized institute or through on line learning.
On issue of this membership he/she will be known as 'Member'or member student and will be entitled for all benefits under the scheme 'Earn While You Learn”.
Every member will be allotted a code number commencing each financial year from 01 Apr.
All PREEYA Pariwar courses are certificated under the seal of NITS Computer Education. The list of these courses is available on our web site.
Note: If the member is not able to receive computer education for any reasons it can be donated to another person.

Members Life Security:
The Board of Directors, on behalf of PREEYA Home Study (P) Limited members, hereby undertakes that, in the event of unfortunate demise of its member, the members shall collectively support the nominee as per the prescribed rules. Any such amount shall be dubitable from the benefits of each member. The present rule(s) and procedure (s) of financial help are as under:-
(a) Accidental death : Rs. 1,00,000/- to the nominee of a member in the event of accidental death (not covering disease/ suicide/ heart attack) before 60 years of age and after 7 days of registration between 4 to 60 years. If a member receives nonworking benefits before 60 years of age his/ her member life security shall be suspended for rest of period.
Note: In case of re-registration by company or if a member has registered at more than one place, shall be considered as single member for security amount payment. However for deduction towards security amount registered codes shall be considered as different entry.
The rules and procedure(s) of payment may be amended from time to time. Any amendment to the above benefits or related rule(s) shall be in the presence of PREEYA Working Committee (PWC), which includes PREEYA Stars, Gold Stars, Silver Stars, Super Senior Executives, Sr. Executives and Executives. It shall be mandatory that at least 2/3 of present members shall vote in favour of such amendment. The decision of PWC shall be final and binding upon all the members.

Non-Working Benefits:
The Board of Directors of PREEYA PARIWAR decided to extend non-working benefits to the all the members thus to provide benefits to such members those who are not able to sponsor any subsequent member. These benefits are directly linked with the growth of PREEYA Pariwar irrespective of individual's contribution. That's why these benefits are also known as “SURE BENEFITS”. There is no fixed time to receive these benefits. However, they are received on attaining a pre-requisite growth of subsequent members and time of receiving benefits is directly proportional to the position of member joined and growth of company. The pool in which members joined after 1st June 2008 is known as “SMART POOL”.
Procedures For Receiving E-Learning Non Working Benefits under Smart Pool:
The moment a member joins the PREEYA Pariwar, he/she shall becomes eligible to get the benefits and these benefits are credited to his account as and when he/she becomes eligible to receive them. All the members (joined after 1st June 2008) of PREEYA Pariwar from entire country have been kept in a single group. This group will grow in the multiple of two notwithstanding the contribution of any individual member. The group formation will take place in the order of 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128..… and so on. The first member joined at '0' stage will receive Rs. 25000/- when he/ she completes 6th stage i.e. 64 members, at 7th stage i.e. at 128 members next 2 members in seniority with receive Rs. 25000/- each and so on ...... To receive Rs. 25000/- as non working benefits at stage 6th i.e. at 64 members, it is mandatory to contribute or refer two members directly in the code allotted. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, If a member is not able to refer any member in such a case the company shall release the non working benefits of 25000/- at the 7 th stage, i.e. on 128 members. This is to ensure that every member joining with PREEYA Pariwar shall receive benefits with respect to the growth members in "PREEYA PARIWAR".

Advanced E-Learning Non working benefits under Smart Pool:
The moment a member joined the PREEYA PARIWAR for advanced E-Learning program, he/she becomes eligible to get the sure benefits of E-Learning Pool as described above because at the time of registration member is also allotted with E-Learning code to get education as well as financial benefits.
In addition to E-Learning benefits, all Advanced E-Learning members joined from all over India shall form a parallel separate pool as described in E-Learning Pool formation. With the growth of advanced E-Learning every member joined in advanced E-Learning shall receive Rs. 35000/- at 6th stage i.e. on 64 members as non-working benefits. It means a member joined in advanced E-Learning shall receive total 60000/- (25000 from E-Learning & 35000 from advanced E-Learning). To receive the benefits at 6th stage it is mandatory for an Advanced E-Learning member to refer two advanced E-Learning members in his/ her code directly. These two members are also accountable for E-Learning benefits also. If a member is not able to refer two members in such a case the PREEYA PARIWAR shall released benefits at 7th stage. This is to ensure that every member joining for advanced E-Learning must receive non working benefits as PREEYA PARIWAR progresses.
The possible time to receive non-working benefits:
Transparency has been the strongest point of PREEYA PARIWAR. In this regard Board of Directors, economists, CAs, senior members of PARIWAR and learned people have discussed for months. After a deliberate discussion only, the Smart pool has been started. If we look at last four financial years (2003-04 to 2007-08) figures have indicated a constant monthly growth of company over 10% per month without saturation. In coming years, the growth rate is expected to increase or it is not expected to fall below 10%. The reason being simple, that the demand for computer education is not likely to decline but will increase and PREEYA PARIWAR offer computer education by establishing computer institutes and study centers all over India with a finest concept of 'Earn While You Learn'.
At this rate of growth even the last member of this pool will be able to get sure benefits with in a reasonable period of seven years. The 10% monthly growth for the Smart pool is calculated on the total number of members in the company as on 01 Jun 2008. This time period has been worked out at the monthly growth rate of 10%. If the growth decreases the time of receiving nonworking commissions increases and vice versa.
Special Monthly Income Plan (SMIP):
Note: All the commissions based on percentage are calculated on Rs. 5800/- and the word turnover means total joining (E-learning, Advanced E-learning and Classroom learning) multiply by 5800.
The company distributes 13% of the turnover among all the eligible members towards special monthly Income. The monthly income will commence as soon as a member refers 3rd member in his/ her PREEYA member code.
Procedure of Monthly Income & Achievements:
6% - The time you refer 3rd member, you shall start receiving a share of 6% of turnover towards monthly income for one month.
8.5% - The time any two out of above three members referred by you, refer their minimum two members i.e. 1,2,4 your monthly income will increase by 2.5% to a total of 8.5%.
10.5% - The time four members of 2nd stage shown in 8.5% above refer their two members each, your monthly income will increase by additional 2% of turnover in to reach a total of 10.5%.
Executive:
When you increase the period of receiving your monthly income of 10.5% up-to 3 months (i.e joining total 5 direct members) , you shall be known as “Executive”. This is the first achievement by an active member. The executive will then keep receiving Rs. 100/- from each subsequent joining in his/ her executive group irrespective of his/ her contribution to the group.

Note : If a member of advance E-:Learning achieves the target of executive before receiving nonworking benefits of Rs. 35000/- in such a case he/she will receive Rs. 60000/- (35000+25000) with one motorcycle as non working benefits instead of Rs 35000/-
Golden Executive:
On joining of 5 or more members from the executive group in a month shall be known as Golden Executive in that month. He/ She shall be paid 5% of the registration fees on E-Learning members and 10% on “Advance E- learning” members of his/ her executive group.
12% of Monthly Income: - The time total 21 members join under your executive code from the date of executive promotion, you will start receiving monthly income increased by 1.5% of turnover in addition to 10.5% i.e. a total of 12% monthly income.
13% of Monthly Income:- The time company receives total fee of Rs. 3,46,800/- in executive code, he/she shall be eligible to receive 13% of monthly Income and shall be known as Sr. Executive in the company.
Senior Executive:
The time member reaches in 13% of monthly income group he/she shall be known as senior executive. The Senior Executive will continue to receive Rs. 75/- from each joining in his/ her senior executive group irrespective of his/ her contribution to the group.
Golden Senior Executive:
On joining of 11 or more members from the senior executive group in a month he/she shall be known as Golden Senior Executive in that month. He/ She shall be paid 3% of the registration fees on E-Learning members and 6% on “Advance E-learning” members of his/ her senior executive group members received in the month.
Super Senior Executive (S. Sr. Exe):
The time company receives total fee of Rs. 10,26,800/- in executive code, he/she shall be eligible to receive 13% of monthly Income and shall be known as Super Sr. Executive in the company.
Golden Super Senior Executive:
On joining 21 or more members from the S.Sr.Exe group in a month shall be known as Golden S.Sr.Exe in that month. He/She shall be paid 3% of the registration fees on E-Learning members and 6% on “Advance E- learning” members of his/ her Super Senior Executive group members joining in that month.
Note : To achieve target for promotion the fee for classroom learning shall be considered Rs. 6800/-

THE LEVELS OF S. Sr. Exe:
Main-S. Sr. Exe: The S.Sr.Exes have been distinguished in various levels. The first S.Sr.Exe, from where the levels are counted, is known as “main-S.Sr.Exe”.
L1- S. Sr. Exe: The members qualifying for S.Sr.Exe from the group of main- S.Sr.Exe will be termed as Level-1 S.Sr.Exe (L1- S.Sr.Exe) of the “main- S.Sr.Exe”.
L2- S. Sr. Exe: The members qualifying as S.Sr.Exe from the group of L1- S.Sr.Exe will be termed as Level-2 S.Sr.Exe (L2- S.Sr.Exe) of the main- S.Sr.Exe.
L3- S. Sr. Exe: The members qualifying as S.Sr.Exe from the group of L2- S.Sr.Exe will be termed as Level-3 S.Sr.Exe (L3- S.Sr.Exe) of the main- S.Sr.Exe.
L4- S. Sr. Exe: The members qualifying as S.Sr.Exe from the group of L3- S.Sr.Exe will be termed as Level-4 S.Sr.Exe (L4- S.Sr.Exe) of the main- S.Sr.Exe.
L5- S. Sr. Exe: The members qualifying as S.Sr.Exe from the group of L4- S.Sr.Exe will be termed as Level-5 S.Sr.Exe (L5- S.Sr.Exe) of the main- S.Sr.Exe.
ROYALTY:
L1- S. Sr. Exe: The royalty equaling to 1% of the registration fee received at the time of registration from the members of L1- S.Sr.Exe group in the particular month shall be paid to the Main- Super senior executive
L2- S. Sr. Exe: The royalty equaling to 1% and 1% of the registration fee received at the time of registration from the members of L2- S.Sr.Exe group in the particular month shall be paid to the L1- S.Sr.Exe and Main- S.Sr.Exe respectively.
L3- S. Sr. Exe: The royalty equaling to 1%, 1% and 0.5% (Half) of registration fee received at the time of registration from the members of L3- S.Sr.Exe group in the particular month shall be paid to the L2- S.Sr.Exe, L1- S.Sr.Exe and Main- S.Sr.Exe respectively.
L4- S. Sr. Exe: The royalty equaling to 1%, 1%, 0.5% and 0.5% of registration fee received at the time of registration from the members of L4- S.Sr.Exe group in the particular month shall be paid to the L3- S.Sr.Exe, L2- S.Sr.Exe, L1- S.Sr.Exe and Main- S.Sr.Exe respectively.
L5- S. Sr. Exe: The royalty equaling to 1%, 1%, 0.5%, 0.5% and 0.25% of registration fee received at the time of registration from the members of L5- S.Sr.Exe group in the particular month shall be paid to the L4- S.Sr.Exe, L3- S.Sr.Exe, L2- S.Sr.Exe, L1- S.Sr.Exe and Main- S.Sr.Exe respectively.
Note: The S.Sr.Exe must qualify as golden S.Sr.Exe (i.e. 21 members in his/her RD group) in the particular month to receive royalty. If he/she fails to qualify, his/her share of royalty will be rolled to the senior level S.Sr.Exe.
SPECIAL DECORATIONS:
SILVER-STAR:
The time a S.Sr.Exe qualify three Level one S.Sr.Exes, he/she shall be decorated as “SILVER-STAR”
The privileges and benefits of 'Silver Star':
1. He/She shall receive monthly royalty from the registration fee of members joining in his/her Silver Star group as per the following slabs:
- 1% upto 200 members in the group.
Or
- 1.5% if member's strength in the group exceeds 200.
Or
- 2% if member's strength in the group exceeds 350.
2. He/ She must maintain a minimum of 60 members in his/her silver group in a month to receive silver or super Sr. Executive levels royalty.

PREEYA DIAMOND:
The Gold-Star will be decorated as prestigious PREEYA PARIWAR award “PREEYA-DIAMOND” on qualifying five gold stars in his/her gold star group.
The facilities and benefits of PREEYA-DIAMOND:
1. He/She shall receive monthly royalty from the registration fee of members joining in his/her PREEYA Diamond group as per the following slabs:
- 0.5% on joining 2000 or more members in a month in the group.
or
- 1% on joining 4000 or more members in a month in the group.
or
- 1.5% on joining 6000 or more members in a month in the group.
or
- 2% on joining 7500 or more members in a month in the group.
2. He/ She must maintain a minimum of 900 member in his/ her diamond Star group to receive diamond, Gold, Silver & super Sr. Executive levels royalty.

PREEYA STAR:
The PREEYA Diamond will be decorated as highest and prestigious PREEYA PARIWAR award “PREEYA-STAR” on qualifying seven PREEYA Diamond in his/her PREEYA Diamond group.
The facilities and benefits of PREEYA-STAR:
The facilities and benefits of PREEYA-STAR:
1. He/She shall receive 0.25% royalty from his/ her PREEYA Star group members.
2. He/She shall share monthly royalty of 1% from the turnover of the company for life time or minimum 30 years to the spouse in case of death.
3. The PREEYA STAR shall be invited to attend board of directors meeting.
4. The company shall organize a special ceremony to honor PREEYA-STAR holder.
5. He/She shall be awarded with prestigious PREEYA CROWN.
6. The PREEYA-STAR holders will share monthly recurring royalty of 1% from registration fee received at time of registration from all the members registering in the company in a month for life-time to self or spouse whichever is later.
7. He/ She shall maintaina minimum of 6300 mambers in his/her PREEYA Star group to receive PREEYA, Diamond, Gold, Silver star & Super Sr. Executive levels royalties.

Special Commissions for first three PREEYA STAR:
1. First PREEYA STAR will receive Rs. 1,00,000,00/- in lieu of 21 Lacs
2. Second PREEYA STAR will receive Rs. 51,00,000/- in lieu of 21 Lacs
3. Third PREEYA STAR will receive Rs. 41,00,000/- in lieu of 21 Lacs
Duties and responsibilities of SILVER, GOLD and PREEYA Stars
1. Silver Star shall conduct a minimum of two seminar/meetings in a month of his/her group or as directed by director marketing.
2. Gold Star shall conduct a minimum of four seminar/meetings in a month of his/her group or as directed by director marketing.
3. PREEYA Diamond shall conduct a minimum of ten seminar/meetings in a month of his/her group or as directed by director marketing.
4. The PREEYA STAR shall setup his office as state controller as directed by the board of directors.
5. He/She shall prepare the chart of meeting for one month in advance with place and date of meetings and forward it to concerning senior for approval.
6. He/She shall responsible to inform and motivate his/her group members to attend meeting with aspirant members.
7. The Silver Star shall make sure a minimum of 50 aspirant members should attend meeting.
8. The Gold Star shall make sure a minimum of 100 aspirant members should attend meeting.
9. The Diamond Star shall make sure a minimum of 200 aspirant members should attend meeting.
10. In case of postponed or change in schedule, he/she shall intimate the authorised senior immediately with reason and intimate the fresh schedule.
11. He/She shall submit monthly meeting report by 10th of every month on prescribed performa supplied by the company.
12. In unavoidable circumstances he/she may nominate suitable person with consent of board of directors in writing.
13. He/She shall sign an affidavit on rupee 10/- stamp to be loyal and dedicated to the duties.
Note: The S. Sr. Exe Levels, Silver, Gold, PREEYA Diamond and PREEYA Star royalty will be forfeited, if he/she fails to perform his/her duties and responsibilities assigned above. The duties and responsibilities may be amended from time to time.
Special note: The PREEYA Working Committee reserve right to forfeit the commissions and membership if a member or his/her spouse or children found indulge in anti company activities.
Special appointments: The board of directors has decided to appoint office controllers, district controllers and zone controllers. These special appointees will receive special commissions as per the agreement signed with company.

Ans. Yes, you will receive non-working benefits.
Q. 2 How some one can receive benefits without working?
Ans. For the purpose of non-working benefits the members from all over India are joined in a single group.
Q.2 Can I enroll any other person for educational benefits.
Ans. Yes, you can, but you will have to submit a written application.
Q.3 Can I get the generation benefits through this scheme?
Ans. Yes, you will receive your working benefits generation by generation.
Q. 4 Incase of sad demise of member who will receive the benefits?
Ans. The nominee, as mentioned by the member at the time of registration or subsequently changed by the member, in writing, shall be entitled to receive all subsequent benefits of the company.
Q.5 Is there any renewal fees?
Ans. No, not at all, it is life time membership to receive all benefits.
Q.6 Can a Member be degraded after achieving promotion?
Ans. No. once member achieves the promotion that never degraded. Suppose you are promoted to Silver and due to unavoidable circumstances you and your group could not work for 02 years afterwards your group started working then you will receive all the benefits up to the silver promotion.
