This package is mainly divided into six categories:

Computer
This is an interactive module in which you will be taught computer in Hindi & English languages with the help of DVD's. Apart from the DVD's the computer will make you learn like a teacher, conduct the practical, set the paper for you, evaluate your answers and tell you the right solution for an incorrect answer and provide you the notes too.

Spoken English Grammar
In this category, we will enhance your skills in Spoken English Grammar through effective, efficient and unique DVDs (Daily Conversation sheets, Video DVDs and Video Animated DVD's) & books.

English and Hindi Conversation
This part will enhance your conversation at different circumstances and places through audio & video DVD's, Animated DVD's, video recordings and pocket diaries like in hospitals, bus stand, home etc. 

Personality Development
Along with English conversation it is necessary for every individual to develop its personality so the main part is available in the package with important topics like Body language, confidence building, manners & etiquettes and time management etc with the help of both books and DVD's.

Competitive Exams Test Series
Test series with mock test will be available for Competitive Exams such as GATE, AIPMT, BITSAT, CPT, CAT, AIIMS, AIEEE, CLAT, NTSE, BANK P.O., IAS GENERAL STUDIES, B.Ed. BANK CLERK .

Business Communication
In this category, you are provided with the detailed information of official and business letter drafting along with other official matters pertaining to office and business.

30 hours. Classroom Training
The member purchasing USP2 & 3 package or nominated person will be eligible for 30 hours training at the nearby PREEYA Knowledge Kendra or NITS franchise and will also get online self testing module for CBSE students The course contents are Computer fundamentals, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Internet, Basics of Access and Introduction to computer hardware parts.

Online Self Testing Module (STM):
The ONLINE SELF TESTING MODULE  contains Science & Mathematics modules for CBSE Board students in which students as well as their parents can evaluate themselves and their ward respectively. In this the computer will display the question according to the subject selected and will give the result whether the answer is right or wrong, if it is wrong then will tell the right answer. Through this the student can examine himself and the parents who carry no knowledge about the subject can examine their child easily

Note:
In normal circumstances the complete self testing modules of Science and Maths of C.B.S.E class 9th to 12th will be made available in 2012 and remaining classes self testing will be ready by next session. This will be available for 2 children in a family for a year for 1440 hrs.

Member Security Plan (Corporate Social Responsibility)
We are very sensitive for our people and their well being. As a part of our initiative to support/help their family members during any exigency PREEYA Pariwar has created 'Member Security Plan'. This plan ensures that a financial support is offered to the nominee of the member only in case of road accidental death of the member. This amount is paid as special commissions.

Member's Life Security is offered only to those members who has completed at least 30 days and is valid up to 10 years from the date of registration. The age of member must be between 4 years to 60 years. On the basis of Promotion the amount of 1 lakh to 7.5 lakhs will be paid to the nominee in case of DEATH due to road accident by the PREEYA working committee according to the terms and conditions of the company which will not be more than 3.5% of the maximum commissions paid to the members from 1-7-2011. In normal circumstances the member security amount will be paid in 5 equal installments in 5 years.

Remember this is not a life insurance but a special commission for the nominee in case of death of its member while working due to accident.

Note:
Member security Amount in every promotion increases to 25,000/- but in any case will not exceed 5 lakhs for the males and for females not more than 7.5 lakhs.

PREEYA Pariwar is not an investment company. It sells the educational packages for the citizens for their development. Our package is a complete family pack as one package fulfills the need of all the members in the family.   The company provides commissions on certain terms and conditions and the basis for providing the commissions is purely transparent. The commissions are given on the basis of the package value (PV) of the package categories.

1st Income 
(Package Purchase Income [PPI] by lucky draw):
Every member who joins PREEYA Pariwar shall be included in the monthly lucky draw called Package Purchase Income (PPI). He / She shall be included in PPI for a maximum of 72 months from the date of membership. If the number of the member comes in the lucky draw, the company shall pay a lump sum amount based on category of package as follows: USP1- 20,000/-, USP2  30,000/-, USP3 - 90,000/-  and he/she will be out from lucky draw system.  The company shall utilize 2.5% of monthly *turnover for draw amount. The member who do not get his number in Lucky Draw for 72 months will not be eligible for any commissions through PPI.

2nd income
(on the basis of lucky draw)
A member who refers double of his/her package price shall be included in 2nd income by lucky draw. He/She shall be included for a maximum of 72 months from the date of membership. The delay of months in referring double of his/her package value will lose that many months chance from 72 months, it means a member refers double business after 72 months will not be included in this income of lucky draw. If a member gets his/her code number in the lucky draw, he/she shall be paid amount shown in 1st income and he/she will be out of lucky draw system. If member refers double business within 90 days and gets his number in Lucky draw, in such case he will be paid double of amount as per the category of package shown in 1st income lucky draw above. The company shall utilize 2.5% of monthly *turnover for draw amount.

Note :
The five members of PREEYA Working Committee (PWC) shall decide the draw based on categories of members from various districts and states of the India. The PWC is authorised to change in Pattern and procedure of paying commissions to the members. The decision of five PWC members shall be final & binding  for all.

Third Income
SPECIAL REWARD POOL [SRP] (As Special Offer)
The time a member qualify for 2nd income within 90 days of registration shall be eligible for Income through SRP he/ she shall be allotted seniority in the pool. All members from all over India will be forming a single group in the formation of 1,3,9,27,81,243,729 ...... on every 243 one senior most eligible member will receive the commissions as per his/ her registration category i.e. Rs. 20000 for USP1, Rs. 35000 for UPS2 and Rs. 90000 for USP3 Registration. The above income is directly based on your seniority and growth of members in the company from all over India. Remember the Special Reward Pool Income has no fixed time it is based on your seniority and growth of members in the company. The 25% of above income shall be used by management for promotees from various states.

Fourth Income
CONTRIBUTION INCOME
This income is for those members who have got an opportunity to be in the 2nd Income of Lucky Draw but their names have not come in the draw and not received 50% of draw amount through other incomes from the company, in such a case 1% company's turn over will be used for such members till they get 50% of the amount.  Without any fixed time based on the growth of members in company and total eligible members.

Example:
Suppose a member of USP2 qualified within 90 days could not get code number in lucky draw income but he has received total commissions of Rs. 25000/- through other incomes at the time of his turn for third income, in such case he will be included in third income group to recover remaining commissions of Rs. 5000/-. If the member has already received total commissions of Rs. 30000/- and more in such case he will not be included in third income group eligible members. 

Note:
The lucky draw will be paid as per the terms and conditions of company and turnover in this brochure means total package Value multiply by 6100.

Fifth Income
(Special Monthly Income Plan- [SMIP]
The time a member refers any two USP members in his self code he will be included in SMIP for 6 months. The 6% of company's turnover will be distributed equally among all the eligible SMIP members.   If any member wants to continue income from SMIP can refer more members in self code and can increase their SMIP for 3 months on every new member. Monthly income is based on the company's turn over and the members in the SMIP. The percentage of getting the SMIP can be increased up to 11% by the individual on the basis of promotion, which is explained later in this voucher.

Package Value for Commission Calculation = USP1=1PV, USP2=1.5 PV and USP 3= 6 PV

Sixth Income
PROMOTION BASED INCOME

EXECUTIVE PROMOTIONS
This is the first promotion of PREEYA Pariwar. All members joined by you and your downline will be positioned to your Left or Right as per your choice. On achieving 6 PV, each to your left & right with four PV directly refferred to your self code. You will be awarded with first promotion as "Executive"

The person receives this income by the development of his group in the left and right side by various stages according to the table given below. There is no other balancing required other than PV matching.

8th  Income  
PREEYA PROMOTION ROYALTY
On achieving the mentioned promotions in the table PREEYA Pariwar gives the member PREEYA Promotion Royalty without any monthly target.

9th Income   
SAME PROMOTION ROYALTY
The same promotion royalty is for the super senior and above promotions, the super senior and above promotions will receive 20% as the SAME PROMOTION ROYALTY based on achieving the target. The Royalty will be from the same code IPL Income only.

12th Income:
Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly contests, DEKHO KAHIN Contest and other offers on festivals like Eid, Deepawali, Anniversary etc.

NOTE:
By any reasons if the both sides are not succeeding equally the person will receive the Promotion Based Commission according to the PV and also the promotion without any matching according to the table given below and the target PV under promotion.

NOTE:
All the commissions like TDS, Administrative expenditures, Members Security fund will be given after deduction of all the charges and taxes.


PREEYA Working Committee (PWC)
PREEYA Working Committee is established to provide occupational transparency to the company. PREEYA Working Committee is a group of maximum 31 members in which Silver Star members & above and other officials are chosen by the Board of Directors. PREEYA Working Committee is free to choose its President after the agreement of Board of Directors. The PWC will have the following rights:

• To keep an eye on the monthly commissions paid
  
• To award a member on account of his commendable work but if any person is found guilty of indulging in activities against the company, he can be denied or withdrawn from the benefits provided too.
  
• To change or make alterations in the existing plan according to the needs and requirements.
  
• To make people understand or make them aware of new programs in accordance with the present demand & to keep a watch over the quality according to the fixed criteria.
  PREEYA Pariwar- At Glance         
  
• PREEYA committee is free to make changes in the commission system which will be deemed for both old and new members.
  
• To avail the commission it is necessary to keep the code activated for which the minimum target provided by the Committee needs to be achieved.
  
• In case of a deadlock, the decision of the Board of Directors will be full and final.
  
• In case any member himself of spouse or their children are found to be indulged in any activity against the company, misleading any member associated with the company, indiscipline shown in the public life or his/her conduct is found objectionable or suspicious, the PREEYA working committee (PWC) or PREEYA Promotional Committee (PPC) or Board or Directors reserves the right to stop or suspend or cancel all commission due to the individual.
  
• It is necessary for the members to take part or organize seminar/meeting determined by PREEYA Working Committee or Board of Directors.
  
• In this advertising pamphlet turnover means (PV * 6100).the package value of USP1, USP 2, USP 3 is considered as 1.
  
• All tours will be arranged from Delhi or Jaipur Airport as per the convenience of the company.
