PREEYA Working Committee (PWC)
In order to provide functional transparency working/promotional committee known as PREEYA Working Committee (PWC) has been constituted. The committee comprises not more than 31 members selected from the Platinum, Diamond, Gold and Silver Stars of the Company by the Board of Directors. The Committee so constituted will elect its President with the consent of Board of Directors.

The Committees has the following rights

• Audit / oversee entire process of distribution of monthly commission.
• Honour any member working meritoriously for the Company. Relegate or deprive the member to receive commissions if the member is found to be working against the interests of the Company.
• Identify new programs as per identified market demands
• Oversee that quality of education is imparted as per the specified standards

E-learning has revolutionized the field of teaching and training universally. PREEYA Learning Packages
We offer wide range of cost effective learning packages from basic IT courses to advanced courses offering Diploma in specific subject. 

All these courses offer on-line learning facility using member's user ID and password on our website www.preeyanits.com. All the courses are assigned course code as per category.

Self Testing Module:    In order to develop confidence among students & to enable them to evaluate themselves for competitive examinations, we have prepared two ‘Self Testing Modules’ for our students. The student could undergo General Knowledge and Reasoning Power assessment along with academic subjects and other competitive examinations. This is an online testing module which is self explanatory and offers a time bound testing module.

Access to Online Courses:   Students can access their entitled online content by logging their ID and password on or website. Students are advised to keep their online login ID and password secured. Students should frequently change their password to ensure that it is not compromised. Any intentional breach of security measures by the student will invite forfeiture/ withdrawal of facility to the student.

Online, Distance Learning and Classroom Course

Note: The existing online courses of Rs 6800, Rs 7800, Rs 11700, Rs 11800 and Rs 13800 are also available. The FV for Rs 6800 & 7800 is 0.25 FV. The FV for Rs 11700, 11800 and 13800 is 0.50FV. These courses will be counted in the growth as per the old commission system. 

Validity of Online Course:  The student can complete the learning package within 10 years from the date of registration. In case the student desires to undergo the same after 10 years of registration, a nominal fee needs to be paid for the same.

Additional Facility:  In case an online student undergoes classroom course, he/she shall be eligible for 20% discount in fee for classroom course up to a limit equivalent to the online course fee paid. Member can donate his/her classroom learning facility to a needy or unprivileged person.

Classroom Courses

Validity of Classroom Course:  The student can complete the learning package within one year from the date of registration. In case the student desires to undergo the same after one year of registration, a nominal fee needs to be paid for the same.

Note:  The students registered for Classroom courses listed above through PREEYA Home Study (P) Ltd are authorized to undergo the same at  NITS, IV floor, City Star Building, Central Spine, Sector 6, Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, however, company also provides the additional facility to undergo the same at the nearest authorized NITS institute.

Online Examination and Certification: Online examinations are conducted and certificates are awarded to successful candidates. An additional amount of Rs. 250/- is to be paid by each candidate seeking qualifying certificate. The certificates are awarded under the Company’s registered trade mark ‘NITS’.

Earn While You Learn
Objective: Our erstwhile President Dr Abdul Kalam has predicted that by year 2020 India will be a developed country. Every house will have computer and each member of the family will be computer literate. PREEYA Pariwar has taken this vision of Dr Abdul Kalam as our mission and launched a campaign to reach every house by offering computer literacy program through the unique model ‘Earn while you Learn’.  

PREEYA Education Income Powered Life: With our expertise PREEYA Pariwar has designed a very innovative marketing model as PREEYA Education Income Powered Life. The objective of this model is to offer a modular and sound marketing practice with an objective to maximize the returns to our marketers. This model offers one of the most promising opportunities to the students who wish to market these courses with an objective to earn handsomely.   

Free Membership
The individual who register under any of the above mentioned categories is given a free membership under      ‘Earn while you Learn’ concept. Personnel desirous of participating in the Company’s unique campaign         ‘Earn while you Learn’ can take up this opportunity to generate their own business. We strongly believe that our student members are the true brand ambassador for our offerings. These members are encouraged to market the courses through direct and referral marketing process. The members contribute towards the growth of the company by registering student members through sincere ethical and methodical advertisement of various courses offered by the Company along with its marketing policies through personal contact and direct referrals.

A member is free to avail education at any of the authorized NITS institute or through online learning process as per his/her registration category. The on-line or distance learning student member is also free to nominate a needy person to avail educational benefits at NITS institute through classroom learning.  

Method of Registration
Off Line:  An individual can deposit the requisite fee in favour of PREEYA Home Study (P) Limited in any of the banks listed in this prospectus. The members are to Fax the deposit slip counterfoils to our Head Office on      Fax number 0141-3026703 along with the details of serial number of the application form or the name and date of birth of the individual. Payments could be made through bank draft also. In such a case, the details of the individual members are to be indicated on the reverse of the bank draft. The bank draft along with duly filled application form is to be forwarded to 'The Manager Registration, PREEYA Home Study Private Limited at our Head office, Jaipur. The members are to confirm their registration code number from the Head Office within 24 hours of receipt of Fax or mail. However, one also can deposit cash and obtain the code number instantaneously at Jaipur Head office.

On-Line:    One can also register online through our website www.preeyanits.com. After having deposited the fee as explained above, application can be submitted online and a temporary ID number can be obtained. The members are to Fax the deposit slip indicating Temporary ID number or scan the slip and e-mail to the Company on preeyaoffices@gmail.com. Thereafter, the permanent code number could be obtained through our website by using temporary number within 24 hours.

Note: After registration of the individual the permanent code number has to be used for all future correspondence with the Company. Henceforth, the permanent code number could be used as User Name to view one's personal information and for on-line learning on our website. Till the member creates or changes his/her password, the company registers this code number as his/her password.

Financial Benefits at a Glance
The current scheme under “ Income Powered Life” will be effective with effect from 01 May 2010.   

The company provides earnings in terms of commissions to those members who are engaged in marketing our courses. These earning are offered as per the number of Fees Value (FV) generated by the member.  

Note:  All types of commission are released after deduction of TDS, admin charges, member's security amount and other taxes as applicable from time to time.

Course Packages

Note: Every category has been assigned a Fee Value (FV) for the purpose of commission payout calculation. When a student member upgrades a course, the Fee Value (FV) also gets upgraded automatically. The upgraded FVs may be carried forward for fee value matching commissions and promotions.

Fee Matching System
Every member shall be given two references to position the members joining in his/her group. i.e. ‘referred by’ code and ‘position at’ code. The ‘referred by code’ is the code of direct joining member and ‘position at’ code is the code number where he/she wants to position.
  
A member can register more than two direct referrals. The member can position these direct referrals either on the extreme left or extreme right side of the positioning code for generating business as per fee matching system. 

Commissions to the Members
 On matching of 01 FV on the left and right side a payout of Rs 300/- will be offered to the member. The excess of FV on either side will be carried forward. There will be no lapse in FV. The calculation of the commissions will be weekly, from Tuesday through Monday and payment shall be made on monthly basis. The weekly payout limits (for FV matching only) will be as follows:

Note: The weekly payout is paid up to unlimited depth as per the terms and conditions of the company.

Motorcycle and Laptop Offers

Level-1 Fee Matching Royalty:   A member will receive 5% of fee matching income received by the member(s) directly referred. Example: Suppose you could refer only one student member and he/she has developed his/her fee matching group, in such case you will entitled to receive 5% of fee matching income. If you could refer more than one (many) student members, in such case you receive 5% of fee matching income from all student members referred by you irrespective of their positioning.

Promotions
The company offers various levels of promotions to the members on achieving specified targets. The levels of promotion along with the business targets are explained below.

Executive promotion:   A member shall be promoted to Executive position when 3FV members in direct code (referred by code) with 6 FV matching (6 FV each side).

Note:   To receive commission in any designation the matching of fee volume is not mandatory. It means that the commissions in promotion are also paid even if the student members are growing in a single line in your group.

Important for Promotions:   If any on-line or distance education student member joins classroom course, the fee paid by them at any NITS institute shall be considered for your promotion on receipt of royalty from the institute. If any member develop franchisee institute as per the terms and conditions of NITS, the franchisee fee shall be considered for promotion targets.  

33% Royalty type Income from Same Promotion income from two Levels
The members can achieve up to 33% of royalty type income from their down lines having achieved same promotion i.e. 20% at Level 1 (L1) and 13 % at level 2 (L2). However, this royalty type income will be calculated from the commission generated by the same group promotion code only. To qualify for this commission the member should achieve the targets as indicated in the table above indicating ‘Minimum Target to achieve promotion commission ’.

E.g: Assume you are a Silver Star. Under you there is another Silver Star (L1). The royalty will be calculated only on the commissions generated by the Silver Star Code income of L1 and in same way 13% will be generated from L-2.

 Special Incentives at various Promotions
Motor Cycle Purchase commission: 1% of monthly fee turnover shall be equally shared by all Super Sr. Executives achieving the target of 35FV in a month. The total amount shall not exceed Rs. 40000/-.

Car Purchase commissions:  

• Silver Star:  0.75% of fee turnover shall be equally shared by all Silver Stars achieving the target of 80FV in a month. The total amount of commission for a silver star shall not exceed Rs. 250000/-.

• Gold Star:  0.6% of fee turnover shall be equally shared by all Gold Stars achieving the target of 175FV in a month. The total amount of commission for a gold star shall not exceed Rs. 500000/-.

• Diamond Star:  0.5% of fee turnover shall be equally shared by all Diamond Stars achieving the target of 550FV in a month. The total amount of commission for a diamond star shall not exceed Rs. 16,50,000/-. 

Flat Purchase Commission:  0.25% of fee turnover shall be equally shared by all Platinum Stars achieving the target of 2000FV in a month. The total amount of commission for a Platinum star shall not exceed Rs. 5100000/.

Promotion Royalty Income:
Super Platinum:  0.15% of fee turnover shall be equally shared by all super Platinum Stars achievers.  The total amount of royalty income for super platinum star shall not exceed Rs.25000000/-.

PREEYA STAR:  0.10% of fee turnover shall be equally shared by all PREEYA Star achievers.  The total amount of royalty income for a PREEYA Star shall not exceed Rs.11,00,00,000/-.

Member Life Security Plan (Corporate Social Responsibility)
We are very sensitive to our people and their well being. As a part of our initiative to support/help their family members during any exigency PREEYA Pariwar has created ‘Member Life Security Plan’. This plan ensures that a financial support is offered to the nominee of the member only in case of road accidental death of the member. It is reassured that it is not any kind of Insurance, therefore the definition of accident is not applicable here.

Note:  The life security amount indicated in above table is for the student members registered in 1FV or higher courses. The life security amount will decrease for lower FV courses as per the difference in ratio of course FV.

This help is offered only to those members who has completed at least 7 days and up to 10 years from the date of registration. The age of member must be between 4 years to 60 years. This amount shall be paid in maximum yearly installment of Rs. 25000/-.

Note: If a member has registered at more than one code/course, the member shall be considered as single member for the road accidental death payment help. However for deduction towards life security amount all registered codes shall be considered as different entries. The rules and procedures of payment may be amended from time to time. Any amendment to the above benefits or related rule(s) shall be in the presence of PREEYA Working Committee (PWC). It shall be mandatory that at least 2/3 of present members of PWC shall vote in favour of such amendments. The decision of PWC shall be final and binding upon all the members and their nominee.  

Important Points:

• The members joined before 1-05-2010 will receive fee matching commissions up to 6 FV matching (6FV each side). Thereafter it is mandatory to complete the target condition as per table-1 column IV. These target based conditions must be fulfilled for 12 months and thereafter no condition is required to receive commissions under fee matching system.
• In case any member himself or spouse or their children are found to be indulged in any activity against the company, misleading any member associated with the company, indiscipline shown in the public life or his/her conduct is found objectionable or suspicious, the PREEYA working committee (PWC) or PREEYA Promotional Committee (PPC) or Board of Directors reserves the right to stop or suspend or cancel all commission due to the individual.
